In a course I'm taking, I was asked to conceptualize a project, then identify project objectives to begin implementing the Risk Management processes. It would have been much more logical to start with the Project Charter created by someone else, but I guess we had to jump start the process somewhere. This video is very helpful. Thanks a million!

The whiteboard could deceive you. 5 paragraphs and a signature, hahaha. make sure to include your resignation letter if that is all you do. Also, even their template has more in depth information to get done.

Excellent video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Weydaniel Organized Dominator (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off product for getting 7000 plus project management and business templates minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend Sam finally got excellent results with it.
