Duncan ROBINSON jas decent trade value due to his salary, and Jaquez was really disappointing last season. Im thinking that they go all in for KD

Jovic looks like a promising player. They need a number 1 guard so maybe to try and get SIMONS for Robinson, Jaquez and a future 1st

I feel like this version of Miami has run it s course and would to go for a quick rebuild around Spo.

It s a great window of opportunity this summer imo.

I've also been impressed by JOVIC at Miami and Kel'el Ware and I've been thinking that would the Nets be interested in a trade for their earlier 1st rnd pick this 25 draft? Maybe something like JOVIC, WARE, ROBINSON and Miami's no 20 pick for Cam Johnson , CLAXTON and the Nets no8 pick?

Egor DEMIN is really difficult to work out re hus game translating to the NBA. But after watching some tape on him im actually quite excited about his potential. Great size, very high level passing IQ and confident. But he's definitely not got De'Aron FOX speed and agility, but neither did LUCA when he entered the league. IMO he's got the biggest bust potential, but I'm quite taken by him and hes worth a pick at range 12-25

The Front office tends to overvalue their players

Quite simple, keep the expiring contracts till at least trade deadline or let expire altogether. KD has an expiring contract if he wants to be in Miami he can make it happen otherwise kick rocks.
Spoelstra needs to do what he's being paid to do, last year was just robotic filled with mistakes. Wiggins clearly looked uncomfortable he did nada to help alleviate that.
Took too long to put Ware into the lineup, relied too much on Highsmith at power forward, utilized Jovic poorly, utilized Johnson, Christopher and Stevens not all.
Offense is God Awful, playing a style completely unsuited to the personnel... He needs to do better.

Tyler isn't a Great Offensive Player 😂😂😂 Did y'all watch the Playoffs??? He Definitely shouldn't have been on the All Star Team... Haliburton Maxey Johnson Trae Ect... C'mon he gets Totally Exposed Yearly In The Playoffs

They need to shore up the frontcourt, Love cannot be the 1st option off the bench.

To me, I think that the Miami Heat don’t have enough to grab Giannis Antetokounmpo into Sam’s point even if you get Kevin Durant he’ll be 37 and I believe he’s no longer the best player on a championship attending team anymore…. Miami needs to get younger. I think this upcoming season should be a gap year. Set themselves up for cap space in 2026. They should trade either Tyler Herro or Bam Adebayo n get young players n assets I think a team like Memphis could use Bam n I know him JJJ plays the same position but I’d argue that Bam is just as good as JJJ I think Houston could use Bam I think Detroit could use either Tyler or Bam I think the Miami Heat should use this season upcoming as a gap year get a high lottery pick and then the following season get back into the contention mode… the problem is Pat Riley over values his assets nowadays But yeah Miami needs to get younger n push off contending until 2026/27 seasons

The Heat aren't trading Ware for KD in a bandaid move. They are probably targeting guys who are in the same timeline as Herro & Bam.

For the number 20 pick it should be either Rasheer Fleming, Walter Clayton Jr, or Danny Wolf

This team is screweddddd. They have no assets and are not bad enough to tank. Trading the farm to get Giannis, does almost nothing and just makes them a worse version of Milwaukee.

This front office was lucky Jimmy took them as far as he did and did nothing but fail to build around him. Tear this team down to the studs.

Run it back but Trade Mitchell. Start terry. Trade Ware. Put bam back at 5. Make sure that Tyler is malnourished so he gets injured and start Duncan at the 4.

Miami and New York are the best KD fits.

Miami is not including Ware in a Durant trade.

I would trade with Sacramento if i were Miami. I would get Derozan and Sabonis for Wiggins and Bam

Listen we’re keeping herro jovic and ware & highsmith and if I’m Miami I’m pulling the trigger I’m calling the TWolves and try n trade bam and Wiggins for Ant and few. Then trade everyone else to fill the roster correctly
