AHA guidelines for helping relieve a choking patient does not talk about hitting between the shoulder blades in the case of Adults , please clarify.

This was actually a very good way of showing it, a lot of other videos show you to do it but don’t actually show how much force to do it with. Hopefully this is more accurate

I remember when I was choking on bacon and my dad (who was a body builder at the time) smacked my back SO HARD. It still didn’t dislodge so he had to do the abdominal stuff, thanks dad
