What if your state is not available because the software doesn’t offer filing for that state, are you not able to use TurboTax?

When you enter a shareholder distribution (if there is only a single shareholder) that is less than the total Ordinary Business Income, the K-1 that is generated from TurboTax Business still shows the total Ordinary Business Income in Part III, Section 1, not the specific distribution taken by that shareholder. Instead, it shows the specific distribution only as Code "D" in Section 16. Is this correct? When filing personal taxes with TurboTax Home and Business, it asks for the income passed down from form K-1, Section 1, not from Code "D" of Section 16. So, it calculates personal taxes incorrectly. How do you get around this problem?

Thank you so much for this video. Like many small business owners having a hard time after the pandemic, Im trying to save money doing my own taxes with Turbotax
Even though your video is very helpfull, I have a question:
A little background: My husband and I owned an S Corp, (10%) & (90%) each one
Im an officer (president) he does some work.
since the pandemic we havent been able to do payroll, just taking some money as distributions.
Last year our accountant filled a 1099 Nec for each one of us, it didnt make sense to me but she said it was the way to do it.
So this year I did the same.
But, since it is not regular payroll, how and where to include this money. Your video shows officers payroll, but not sure if it goes there since its not payroll im not sure.
What should i do? where do I include the money my husband and I took out of the business???
Please help

Hard to believe there is no mac option for s-corp with turbo tax? I am looking to file S-corp on TurboTax online to work around this issue. They only seem to give the option for $999 Full Service Business to solve this. Am I missing something?

Do you have to do your personal return separately with another turbotax software from the scorp business software. I assumed you would be able to do your personal return as well.
