Midwest cheap = Detroit broke
Ответитьi'm not even lying, we have had ketchup packets from culvers in our fridge for YEARS sometimes
Ответитьwait.... you're telling me not everyone puts their empty jars in the dishwasher?
Ответитьi appreciate the duluth trading co shirt. this is a small but important detail
ОтветитьMy mom recently threw away all our sauce packets on a cleaning binge and it was a real moment of emotional turmoil for the family.
ОтветитьI was raised in the South and have been in Boston for 32 years. I thought Yankees were cheap, now I'm learning about the Midwest. Love it!
Ответитьscraping the jar, just because I want my sandwich now and the store is 10 minutes away
ОтветитьThat wine trick is genius!
ОтветитьHey I'm Chinese and we can be very good friend
ОтветитьHe’s tapping his phone with duct tape as an holder🤣
ОтветитьGotta be a lot of DNA from Småland in Sweden. That region is famous for its frugal culture. The fictional character Oscar and Christina in the Moberg trilogy came from Småland and settled in Minnesota I believe. The very real character, also from Småland, Ingvar Kamprad, founder of IKEA, was known for being very cheap and frugal. He never took a bank loan and ended up on the top ten list over riches persons in the world. He was said to travel in economy class at a time when he could buy the entire air line company in cash.
ОтветитьYou can get 3 rolls of duck tape for the price of just one car phone holder apparently. It's all about the math.
ОтветитьLove your accent keep it up
ОтветитьFor your anniversary why don’t ya take her to that super romantic place where they prepare the food right in front of you. No, not Bennyhana. Subway.
Ответитьhe's really good at this. i got some new ideas, thanks.
ОтветитьLove the Duluth shirt especially bc everything there costs an arm and a leg
ОтветитьToo accurate. And the people that save like this are either dirt poor or hood rich. My grandpa Bill was like this, and kept all his rationing skills from the war. Reused coffee, kept all his metal, you name it. Pinched pennies until his dying day, ended up with like $80,000 saved or something crazy.
ОтветитьRemember - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Being cheap is good for your wallet and the environment.
ОтветитьI'm a college student. He looks like a pretty regular guy with a regular life.
ОтветитьI'm in Iowa. My husband is from Ohio. His selling point on a jar of jam was that we could use it for a glass after it was empty.
I've trained him well 😂
that's Midwest poor not cheap 😂
ОтветитьFreddy Frugal if he was born in Wisconsin
ОтветитьI'll be honest, yeah, this isn't too far off. I kept my samsung S7 for about 6 years, thing was dying but I couldn't be bothered to upgrade. I'm not an obsessive thrifter, but I'm always looking for the best deal I can get, tempered of course with obsessive amounts of research to ensure I'm getting the products that best match my needs.
Ответитьnot donating to goodwill saves you from having to buy another one from goodwill later
ОтветитьKept waiting for the punchline...
ОтветитьMidwest, huh?
I must be a Midwesterner...but from Germany.
I love the twist at the end!! 🥰🥰
ОтветитьDude the amount that I’d pay to have you me of those footballs from the beginning again
ОтветитьThey forgot to do the cutting the empty toothpaste tube in half to use up every bit of the paste we paid for.😂
ОтветитьCheap?!? That doesn't look like the Carlo Rossi Rhine Mr. Big Spender. Around the start of November, they tend to sell it as a BO-GO deal.
ОтветитьSaskatchewan simulator
ОтветитьThe overlap between midwest cheap and southern cheap is REAL.
Ответитьmidwest cheap

ОтветитьNice appearance by Chaz's nips!
ОтветитьPlastic store bags saved in a bag-of-bags to be used as small File-13 liners.

ОтветитьYEEEEEEEEEAH CHARLIE REPPING DULUTH MINNESOTA!!!!
ОтветитьPoints for the hat with the late 90's Brewers logo. My dad had/still has a hat with that logo. He loves it. I always liked it. :)
