Connie, great advice! Prayers before bed have been so, so helpful for me too. I love that you mentioned praying for strength and peace rather than for an easier time. The serenity prayer is a great example. Treating prayer as a wishing well is so counterproductive, and it has always left me just as frustrated in the end. There is so much strength within us if we are courageous enough to believe it and hold fast to what is good and true and pure.

IQOS is even more addictive than regular cigarette. But I’m still hesitating, which is less harmful: to smoke 1-2 packs of IQOS per day or 5-10 rolling cigarettes with natural tobacco) If iqos is 95% less harmful, they say, than it goes like only 1 cigarette equals to a pack of iqos, hmm..

This idea of prayer to the Universe is interesting. The more I've learned about the nature of the Universe and our place in it, the more at one and at peace I've felt. I feel like, in praying to the Universe, you simultaneously call inward and outward. It's harmonious. Maybe I'm just high.

I don't think anyone else before has ever articulated how I've been seeing and feeling about things recently through meditation. Im curious, do you find yourself meditating throughout the day? I've found a lot of personal growth comes from allowing myself to think without feeling afraid of my own thoughts. It's been a new experience being able to do it without needing to set the time to meditate, but it's come a lot through practice.
