ОтветитьI have scoliosis disease, my doctor recommended ne to do posture exercise, I found it boring till I started doing this workout. It helps me not just to workout my abs and back, it helps to correct my posture, ty❤

ОтветитьSo I got this rhomboid pain for 3 days that cause by your workout. Then I tried several back pain exercises until I came back to your channel. Then I tried this, the pain is now gone 😅

ОтветитьCan somebody recommend a similar video or channel but for real beginnes? Most of the time everything happens to quickly for me. I am not sure if my body is correctly placed and the lady does not give too much time to find out if i am doing the exercise fine or not

ОтветитьWhenever I want to start doing exercises lying down, I begin to cry because I desperately search for a spot in the apartment that is wide enough, but I can't find one. 💀💀💀🔥🔥🔥Even when I try to sit on the floor, I start bumping into walls, doors, furniture, and I begin to feel claustrophobic and start crying. It's crazy that my mom is an elegant woman, with class, and a nurse, yet we can only afford to live in the same building as alcoholics who do nothing.
