The easiest way to get bap light them up would be to heal your team with the enemy having either a rein or zarya. The team comp would be hog bastion rein mccree brig. The reasoning behind these choices are obviously they have the most up with bastion also being a flex pick with the damage and health. Simply you just window when your team is grav’d or shattered. This in my opinion would be the easiest but there could be better and gravs are much better for this type of situation
