ОтветитьToday is my third day in a row doing this workout. I'm loving it! I just realized I am more efficient with videos in which the trainer doesn't talk. I've always looked out for videos with more explanation or modifications etc. But ones you develop the intelligence of the moves and everything. These kind of videos just feel liberating, and I realized that I took much less breaks.
