Imagine setting the date and day at the wrong Time with this watch .😅

It seems like all that is left is to see who can pack the most complications into a given volume. Does anyone really need to know what day of the week it is? Unless you have just emerged from a time machine .. you pretty much know what day it is. Same with the date .. in today's connected world. Moon phase? Does anyone really know what the moon is .. or cares even?

I'm sure some watchmaker somewhere could add a new complication displaying Madonna's current daily caloric intake but ... who the heck cares? No disrespect to Madonna's family of course.

I'd rather see something new and different ... like a watch driven by gas pressure as opposed to a spring force. Why can't I pump up my watch as opposed to winding a spring? In a totally sealed and incompressible watch case, the internals should only have to deal with a buffered temperature gradient due to being worn on a 98.7F human being.

Grand Seiko does the same using a quartz crystal moderating the angular speed of a rotor ... for a fluid second hand. The same could be accomplished with any gas really ... some better than others.

If you can pump your trainers .. no reason why you cannot pump your watch. It's sustainable ... baby!
