ОтветитьHello guys chinese new year is around the corner. Try to come back on January 22 Chinese New Year.. Experience the festivities in the heart of Ongpin St beside Binondo church. Also, come and visit authentic chinese street food, watch and enjoy dragon/lion dance and alot more. 👍
ОтветитьAhh??? you guys went to Chinatown to eat KFC? hehehe. anyway, if ever you go back,
Try to eat at
1. Wai Ying, - order their siomai, beef noodle soup.
2. Quick snack - order their vegetarian fresh lumpia
3. Dong Bei dumplings - order their steamed dumplings
4. Shanghai fried siopao - order their fried siopao.
:)
Binondo is the real deal! It's gritty, intense and it's packed to the gills. I love it!
ОтветитьNo kidding, you'd find more of "authentic" Chinese food in Manila's Chinatown (rather, the Philippine-side "authentic" Chinese food as the popular restos there serve it, like New Po Heng fresh lumpia, Chinatown-style; Sincerity Café, and the numerous tea, dumpling and noodle "houses"). Since some are small, family run eateries, you'd likely eat their food in the street.
Well, nothing beats a free ride (and always, a new discovery) from one part of Metro Manila to another =D Cheers ü
PS. Louie has mostly been hilarious in through the walk in this vid ("…Christmas from September to…June" etc.)
Im already your subscriber. Guys let me tell you. I like your accent. Its not american. Ive been in chinatown once during my college days in Quiapo Manila. It was like im in China.
ОтветитьThat is quite a large Chinatown! It's too bad you couldn't find the food stalls you were hoping for, but it was still impressive to see!
ОтветитьWelcome to manila....... i bet im the 1000th person to say it lol
ОтветитьThe china town is in the other side of binindo church
ОтветитьI cant believe you went to Chinatown without tasting the food!!! You have to do a little research about the shops, its not located in a single area. Usually you restaurant hop when you want to have a food tour in Binondo.
