I just had to get 4 stitches in my knee because of a inch laceration. I can barely walk because it was right above my joint. Thankfully, no joint capsule had been punctured though because CT scan showed no further damage so they cleaned it and stitched it up.

Not bad, but it definitely could have been better.

I don’t understand why aesthetics isn’t always considered especially as it relates to scarring risks. I feel the quality of stitches can contribute or minimize scarring. I think the provider I got in the ER was simply lazy in her performance & professional medical skills

Today I stitched up a little boy's lacerated wound in his left hand. I don't have much experience, I was scared to death but I forced myself to just go and do my job.

If that happen %80 percent of me would go on with it open like that the other %20 percent go to the hospital............oh thats some good stitching , im sure stitching is probably more difficult or not its a tough tissue

I cut my foot yesterday with broken glass it was deep i got stitches it dint hurt because of the numbing injection.

Man, I had a cut like that on my left forearm back in April. I was putting my saddle away, and saw a spider... Of all things. I retreated my arm, but little did I know, there was a nice, sharp nail sticking out of the wall. Slashed my arm open real good, looked exactly like what happened to that fellers hand, except I didn't get stitches in the 8-12 hour period I should've gotten them during. So unfortunately, I still have a purple line on my arm, but I'm sure it's gonna look pretty cool when it fully heals up!

My stitches in my leg due to deep laceration is a bit ugly than this doctors method because the stitches in min is every loop they cut the strings and tied in a different. I hope you understand my english

I had a trainer dr. Stitching my hand in this same style cut once. I had to help him get the needle through as well as clean the blood out. Lol.

I love doing this stitch in urgent care, it looks great and it's indeed a lot quicker than throwing a bunch of interrupted sutures. Great video and channel, excellent teacher.
