ОтветитьThe first thing to do is take care of your liver..because before the pancreas release insulin, the liver can do it first..so have healthy liver and healthy diet.
ОтветитьI'm 68 years old and I have been suffering from every symptom of diabetes for like 10 years now. My so called nurse practitioner and my doctor told me its pre-diabetes. No meds. Nothing. She told me to change my diet etc. I did. Guess what, it didnt change my symptoms. It got worse. I fired my doctor and in the process of meeting a new doctor soon. I know in my heart its diabetes 1 or diabetes 2. It also runs in my family. My mom, my twin sister, aunts. Hopefully I will not have to go on insulin. Me and needles do not mix good.

ОтветитьIn a world where medical interactions can sometimes feel impersonal, your genuine compassion and integrity shine through in every aspect of your practice. Your straightforward communication and empathetic approach make a significant difference to your patients, providing not only medical expertise but also comfort and trust.
ОтветитьGreat information!
ОтветитьLove these short, informative and concise vids
Ответить6 months ago my A1C was 7.2. I have since brought it down to 6.2. My doctor was amazed I did this. I quizzed him on how to reverse diabetes and he could not tell me. So I informed him of the 3 steps to bring yourself back to health. 1) Exercise 2) Low carb and high fat diet 3) intermittent fasting. Why is this so difficult for Health professionals to learn? I wish this was more common knowledge, especially among "Doctors"

ОтветитьI had a headache for 4 months ( I thought it was due to sleeping the wrong way ) and decided to visit the doctor when my urine started smelling weird ( not sweet but like chemicals which I can't describe) turns out it was diabetes.....
I never had any common symptoms
I have concluded that if a Type I diabetic takes good control of their sugars, then they are much better off than a Type II diabetic. With a Type II, even if you take good control of your sugars it seems to be more of a whole body disease where the blood fats and other chemicals are not at good levels, and you are more in danger of a heart attack, stroke or sudden death. Of course if a Type I doesn't take good care then without a doubt they are in the worst possible shape of anyone. I wonder if my "theory" could be true or not?
