You need to let people know in some states like KY you must be given access to land so no land in KY is landlocked!

Wow 😨 I’m surprised and overwhelmed by this information as a foreigner, it makes me think why buy land when you can hardly do the things you want to do in it ? 😮 simple stuff like the timber example 😦 so honestly why buy something with so many restrictions 😭

Wife and I looked at a piece of land in Colorado but you had to cross a ravine. Land 100K bridge to get there 500k. Lol.

I want to live off the grid and out of the government and tech control eventually, get some chickens & hens and do some gardening, have some solar panels and a garden. What do you suggest? I might need a handyman partner. I am a French Canadian from Montreal living in the west part of Canada the last 30 years. People buy land is one important thing a lot of people forget to do they go to find property they forget to make sure they get the property for the mineral rights on your property a lot of people don't do that. I will not buy property unless I get the mineral rights to that property.

I've watched several of your videos over the last 3 years and let me just say I would never purchase a piece of land or a piece of home or anyting in this country it all seems like it's setup to be one big rip-off.

What I would do is steal someone's home and take it from them instead because that's been the American way since day one.
