So if aliens are real what are these creatures made of? Like half an animal and half human that can exist in space or a human life sized magical insect ? I'm so confused here. I honestly don't believe in this alien assumption.

The Fermi paradox can be explained by the Drake equation, half of whose factors are completely unknown unknown to us. So even if the Drake equation were a completely perfect way to predict the amount of life in some section of space, we don't know what number the Drake equation would produce. So to say that we should have detected life by now... there's no real basis for "should have".
