How to Make Coca Cola Soda Fountain Machine with 3 Different Drinks at Home

Guys i need help with this, i'm making it but the air isn't pushing the drink up the other pipe, it just makes the drink bubbly. I need urgent help lol please someone explain why this isnt working?
