ОтветитьSo, bars, nightclubs, gas stations, grocery stores, community markets, they all have consumer protections. there is a set definition of what a bookstore is, or if a store is a 'general store', and these are all easy to understand. there are consumer laws on alcohol, public decency, ect. there are curfews for when children may and may not play outside. Some of these examples are entertainment, some are things needed to live in the modern world. all of them have protections, why should movies not be subject to standard and review? not to say if you can 'produce' it, but just if it qualifies as "visual media" versus being a 'movie.'
