Freezing the spinach and cut up bananas makes the smoothies thicker. Also, you don’t have to worry about the spinach going bad in the refrigerator. Thanks for this video. Your kiddos are so sweet.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this video. As a type 2 diabetic, ive been looking into doing things like this, especially for breakfast! So i am goingbto invest in a good blender now and try this out, does the rest freeze well? Im sure you never have leftovers but its just me.

ОтветитьI love using frozen organic wild Maine blueberries in my smoothies versus regular blueberries. They're much smaller, but they have a much more pronounced, true blueberry flavor! ❤️.

ОтветитьI love your videos Erin! I’ve always been so encouraged by you and your family since the show! I’m a big fan of healthy eating and taking as good of care of mine and my family’s bodies as I can.
I have some feedback that I do hope you take positively and know I’m coming from a place of care. That is a lot of very expensive ingredients in one smoothie. The same nutritional profile can be achieved with fewer ingredients and greater quantities of the others. The wellness movement can easily sell a lot of information by persuading certain foods will make you feel a certain way or will work someway within your body. There are many ways to be very healthy with simple ingredients!
I do love your recipes, and love when you share them😀

Today I was thinking I’d love to watch a Chad and Erin video a few hours later, my daughter Julianna who is 9, randomly jumped and told me she wants to cuddle up on the sofa and watch a Chad & Erin video and my jaw dropped! She had no idea I had the same thought!! ❤ so then I prayed and wondered what if it shows up as the very first video on my YT feed and by golly it was!! It was meant to be! Erin, I make my own granola. That way I control the ingredients. It is so much cheaper than buying store-bought.

ОтветитьI use pea 🫛 protein in my smoothies. A notch up in health! I try to do dairy free because I know that they inject hormones into the animals & that it goes into our food! Anyway, I love anything plant based. 🌿

ОтветитьErin whey protein is very hard for the body to process especially the kidneys. Also any refrigerated probiotics is killed by the stomach. Mary Ruth’s organic drops straight under their tongue is best. Also flax meal flax oil is the most nutritious thing you can give your kids. Flax meal on yogurt has no flavor at all and some researchers say it prevents and helps cancer .

I love that you are making this video, but I also think that you should mention how much you paid for the ingredients! This isn't just a "we'll make a healthy smoothie for my family in the morning" video. A general family in America can't make this in the morning! This particular smoothie is ABSURDLY expensive....
