what do you think about low volatility stocks as bond substitute like K or GIS ? food stocks are low vol. do you like them?
ОтветитьChuck, we love your videos! Thank you so much for taking the time to put out all these videos. I know you get a ton of questions, and some are hard to answer, BUT......if you had to pick 5 good DGI stocks to hold in a 5-stock portfolio, for the next 10-20 years based on today's info, which 5 would you pick? Hoping you'll answer this one ;)
ОтветитьThanks for content
ОтветитьChuck, love what you do and the software. I am a registered nurse on the frontlines. Can I have the software for free or a heavy discount? Thank you
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьExcellent Chuck, thank you.
ОтветитьI am contemplating buying more MRK, VICI, or starting positions in APD, LMT, ABBV,
Chuck I know you just hit on MRK, but trying to find value in these companies. In this video you said some stocks are going to come back to recent values.
Thoughts on these or some others you are finding?
Great and timely video especially if the infrastructure package gets passed.
Maybe Chuck you could also do a video concerning water stocks.
Water is getting scarce and it turns out there are more than a few companies involved in water security and salvage.
Thank you.
Thank you!
ОтветитьYou taught us well … picked up FMC and AGCO … did my research as per your analyze out loud videos …
ОтветитьChuck, when you show the long term estimates for Corteva, the tool shows number of analysts is N/A, so where is the 23%/year coming from?
ОтветитьAwesome video as always! Would love to see a similar video on Trucking stocks such as Old Dominion, Knight-Swift, TFI, Schneider National, etc.
ОтветитьI have been reading about FMC for two weeks before you published this video. The company info is ok, but I am not ready to buy at the current price. I also looked at a farm REIT but did not like the numbers. Thank you for the heads up with CTVA to research.
ОтветитьLove your videos! Thanks!
ОтветитьBig ups my dude ..thank u for all your efforts for the viewers.
ОтветитьAgco and FMC are on my watch list. Will buy the when they hit my target price. Both are great stocks.
ОтветитьI remember when you're discussing Kroger & Tyson foods some months ago, and to be honest I'm in the upper 20s % in gains due to price appreciation of the stock. I'm currently considering Tyson & UNM, as I have some gains from other stocks that I'd like to put elsewhere to work.
Keep up the good work,
Stoyan
Hi Chuck,
Thanks for the videos, much appreciated. Especially the series on how to build a portfolio when starting with investing is great for me with a investment horizon of 30 years.
Quick question you might know the answer to: is it possible to add manually stock prices in FastGraphs?
My reason for asking is, if a stock is currently overvalued but my cost price is lower (I bought earlier), my average cost does not hit the current price so I still have potential. Would love to add my average price to see whether I still could add shares at current levels, since the stock market is so overvalued for lots of quality stocks.
Thanks so much and regards from the Netherlands! Marc
Ps I think you’ve mentioned ADM in one of your series as well which still has a good value. Unilever might also been interesting with respect to the topic of this video.
AGCO is the most interesting out of these imo! Is on my watchlist
ОтветитьThank you, Mr Valuation!
Any report on agriculture companies FDP (fresh del monte) or CF industries?
Keep up the good content you ol shifty eyed pervert you
ОтветитьEverybody needs to eat. Hey I heard you mention the white line… are you sure it’s not a honeydew color 😄
ОтветитьAwesome 🤩
ОтветитьSince your video on LYB - Lyondell Bassel industries, there is significant price drop and news. Could you revisit your analysis on the stock? Would this make the stock a better buy or is this an overreaction? Appreciate all the wisdom you’ve shared.
ОтветитьChuck, I’ve made mistakes buying over valued stocks. What tips would you give to someone who has bought a stock at a high and now the market has corrected. I am getting the dividends, but I’m in the red. 2 examples - I bought a few shares of CLX at $185 and EMN at $114. Do you hold long term or cut your losses - sell and look for an undervalued stock to reinvest. As always, thank you for your invite!
ОтветитьJust an idea for a video series and thats analysing portfolios of well known investors and analysing their holdings in Fasgraphs. Like portfolio of Warren Buffett, Bill Gates or even Michael Burry as well known contrarian and value investor.
ОтветитьNTR is my favorite ag product supplier. Recent merger and growing as it buys other small businesses internationally.
ОтветитьThanks for bringing these businesses to our attention. Food is something that happens regardless of the economy. It is a habit for us humans. SJM, CAG, TSN, UL, others are interesting.
Overall it is though the average business price is ~5 to 10 years "ahead of earnings"... Over-priced vs. Valuation.... or Prices are ahead of Earnings/Valuations...
Yes, one can "justify" prices given the influence the Fed has on the price of money, manipulating economic cycles with artificially low interest rates. (amazing to think the 10 yr T is at 76X P/E)
This can change and the prices of these businesses likely would change as well.
The only thing "Normal" is only the setting on the Clothes Dryer.
Always enjoy your wise perspective.
Hi Chuck would you be so kind as to cover Covered call ETFs? QYLD, NUSI, JEPI, and RYLD? Thanks!
ОтветитьGood companies. I invest in ETF ishares VEGI. 👍
