The Enclave and the Chinese Remnants have both incredible lore and awesome outfits. The Enclave, no matter the armor, whether it is Black Devil or Hellfire, has an awesome armor set. The Chinese Remnants, no matter the armor, whether it is Chinese Power Armor or Chinese Stealth Suits, has awesome armor.

I don't respect what the Enclave did. Ok their armor and their own armaments being close enough to the last rememants of the last us government was. It was truly the last bastion of hope the world had to resurrect the world. Sorry. Their tactics may had killed and maimed humans. But whatever.

I heard it before and now I can't unsee The Enclave like this.

They say The Enclave is a shadow government but if numerous official government figures are involved like the President of the United States then it is not a Shadow Government it is The Government.

Personally how I'm playing them for my players is they're part of a raiment of the enclave that's sort of forced to do a PR change the past did happen but now they're forced to change how they do things and now have to set up a new place for themselves

It's a shame that America became a ruthless dictatorship in this game series.

So if 40k imperium was an neo american faction in fallout.

I'm a foreigner, so take it lightly but why do you guys pronounce it "unclave" instead of "enclave"?

It still makes me sad the player couldn't do more with Colonel Autumn. He's like the one member of the Enclave, besides those who sided with him, that realized maybe being a genocidal preachy dickhead isn't the ideal solution to things.

Not all back story qualifies as Lore

You died and gone to heaven, but God said "where is your power armor soldier?"

As someone who never even managed to get through Fallout 4 but am interested in the lore, i didn’t really understand why the Enclave were considered evil by so many players.

Too bad you couldn't join them in any of the fallout games. You can in a mod for new vegas..the new California mod. But they get the worst storyline out of the whole pack of choices. The ither paths get way more options

The Enclave didn't take them by chance, I think it was the president who specifically mention that they needed a clean sample (from Vault 13) and a recently mutate one which Arroyo offered due to being made up of descendants from Vault 13 escapees.

Glad I found this channel. My first Fallout game was 4 and I had NO clue who the Enclave was nor the BoS. I didn't know who to join, who to stay away from. Nothing. Now I just need to find a BoS video

What I don’t get about the Enclave is they kept frank as an experiment but hated all forms of mutants.

What if the enclave nuked America as well and it was always there plan to depopulate the world and then use the virus to kill all mutants

i do wonder what these cartoon-esque villains are up to , also in fallout 3 you can run into them more or less from level 1 , i remember traveling to the super duper mart for moira and running into one of them , there is also another one that spawns around a corner right next to dukov's place

To me, it seems like the Enclave was best in Fallout 2, when they just needed to write compelling bad guys to thwart without the expectation of future games. The Enclave in FO2 just makes a lot of logical sense, which is what makes them scary. You're just a wastelander trying to fight was is essential a pre-war faction with pre-war technology. The future games have seemed to lose that sense of cold focus for the Enclave, especially in 76. I can't see this secret shadow government transforming into cartoonish McCarthian caricatures who just care about fighting communism. That seems so beneath what the Enclave was striving for in FO2

The Enclave is Unimaginably Based.

The way the Enclave invokes "democracy" reminds a lot of certain people who talk about "our democracy" in the real world.

Basically the enclave are Democrats. Both have experimented on the public, collaborate with media, attack journalist, spread propaganda, put its own citizens in camps, and use the law to attack political opponents in the most unethical way possible.

Fallout 5 Takes Place in Chicago? What if the Enclave are the main attraction, the highest of concentration there remains and with their advantages they have "persevered" the Chicago area but somewhere outside their borders the Chinese government is rising while between them is the BOS but they have very little control and influence. Maybe here too is an actual example of Superhuman soldiers that are not like the Nightkin or regular supermutants but instead they are better.
Perhaps the Enclave makes the harsh creatures of the fallout into soldiers or units of destruction, fighting fire with fire.
We have a hint of that being a reality with the captured deathclaws in fallout 3 and The Big Empty creating the Casadars, Night Stalkers, and Spores.
A return of the Enclave and BOS would be annoying so, having something new take on the fallout series would be cool, perhaps even a European army of sorts roaming the USA.
