I am fatphobic. I'll admit it. I fear being fat and other people who I care about being fat, because it is unhealthy, regardless of what others want to believe. You are doing yourself and others no favors by trying to normalize and celebrate an unhealthy lifestyle.

I am blessed/cursed with a raging metabolism. I run a physically demanding business as well. I cannot gain weight. I can put away 5 plates at a Chinese buffet and be hungry an hour later. I never understood hangry because hungry is my constant state. My body fat is so low that I don't float in water. On top of all of that, it is nearly impossible to find clothes that fit me.
