a car is not more gas efficient at lower speeds at all lol, your car is most efficient between 55 and 65 mph which is exactly the speed dude was doing

Deputy Frank, I wouldn't even put my car into reverse or drive without my seat belt being properly buckled. I've had three major vehicle accidents (none of which I caused), and if I hadn't been buckled in, I would have been pushing up daisies a very long time ago!

Your laws make every person a potential lethal danger to the police and therefore fear is always at play. Me as a tourist, I am also considered a lethal danger to others. That law makes everybody including me uncomfortable. Why for god sake do americans want to be considered a lethal danger to others is beyond me.
