If I can be brutally honest.... I have overly masturbated because I felt it puts things at ease.. I can't explain it but somehow after I read this book and took it to heart I haven't looked at porn since. Not that I've forgotten about the addiction or don't have the urge from time to time but I've had the ability to reject it longer than I ever had for the last 20 years maybe other than the year I got married perhaps.
