How do I change my desktop Pro Plus 2021 from accrual to cash basis?

I have Quickbooks desktop Enterprise contractors edition (2023). We're looking for an human resources program that integrates with QB's desktop. Can anyone provide suggestion? I cant seem to find anything (they all seem to work with online only). Our goal is to do the on boarding through the HR software and have the employee added to QB's automatically. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Can anyone guide me how would one deal with raw materials inventory like say in a hot dog the sausage itself and the bun they are very important to keep track off but you don't sell them individually so if you put them as inventory part quickbooks want to know the selling price when you are not really selling the sausage and bun itself. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am using QB 2022 but need to use the new calculation for CPP and EI ( pension and employment contribution for Canada) which starts July 1. Is there any way I can manually change in QB until I can install QB 2023 with the new calculation? Thank you in advance

hector, when i use the write check feature it leaves an open balance in my vendor information window column. i watched another video concerning writing checks and paying bills which is the way i've always done it but recently changed to the write checks feature for the purchawes that the boss and others use in the field with debit cards, etc. but why does it leave a number in the "open balance" column when it has already been paid.?

Mr. Garcia, I found this tutorial SO helpful! My background has been 5+ years in QuickBooks Online, but now going to an environment that is QuickBooks desktop. The differences and similarities really stood out. I can see where I may well need to take your other courses.

when transferring the beginning balance to the chart of account, do we need to place a negative sign if the balance is credit? or does QB does it's own recognition if it is a credit?

Do you have videos on the workflow when you ARE creating Invoices, receiving payments, and needing to issue receipts and match the bank deposits to the invoices?
