This game was a hard sale for a lot of people because it was very VERY weird. But for those of who gave it the chance it deserved and played to the end, it proved to be well worth every single second.
ОтветитьGeeze this still hits me 3 years later … all I’ve ever wanted was to find a nice girl and have a kid with her, 50 now and no signs of that ever happening …. Don’t even know why I’m writing this out
Ответитьhonestly one of the most emotional scenes in this game (not counting how i cried during the start of the mission) was when i was doing this mission and saw igor's ladders on the way to the incinerator,,, and of course i gave as many likes as i could on every single one
maybe in ds2 if theres gonna be more stuff about beaches, i hope we can somehow tell igor that america is back
is it just me or does this feel like the snake eater song of this game
ОтветитьDoing an assignment for my school and we're picking one person and we're gonna explain why we picked him/her and write what they are known for. Ludvig Forssell was one of a whole ton of ppl and i was like: "Why does his name ring a bell? I've seen him somewhere.."
I knew he was well known but i couldn't place him. Didn't know he made this music but i'm choosing him. :D
If somehow you did not notice (and a surprising amount did not), if you press the call-out button during this delivery, you'll hear Sam lamenting and apologizing to Lou.
Damn you Kojima, you brilliant man.
The soundtrack was better than the game.
ОтветитьI was thinking of tattooing lyrics from this song in memory of my lost child. I its only been day over two weeks. Everytime I hear this song I cry
ОтветитьI cried when this music came out in the game.😢
ОтветитьEat standing
ОтветитьI can only say: EPIC ❤
ОтветитьMy chiral allergies really acted up on this mission..
ОтветитьЛу...
ОтветитьOne of the greatest games ever created. Hideo Kojima is so amazing!
ОтветитьI'm heartbroken for the people that couldn't understand or experience this game. For those of us that did, this was an absolute honor and privilege.
Ответитьwhat a great game 🎖️
ОтветитьAn impossible delivery that weighs 0 KG
Ответить“Come on Lou, one last delivery” 😢💔
ОтветитьOh my god
Ответить* E N D I N G T W O - E N D T H E C U R S E *
ОтветитьHonestly I didn't cry because I wasn't alone, but only I wanted to cry so hard with the last delivery, I felt BB character as mine.... and I don't have any kid 😢😅
ОтветитьNo you're fuckin crying.
ОтветитьThis gets me so emotional.
ОтветитьLove the game, love the song. Hate the Bud light commercial but glad it had option to skip add.
ОтветитьI've finished DS yesterday, came to listen to this again.
I see comments of You all. Comments describing Your personal loss. Personal grief. Personal hardship.
And then, in response to that, the comments of love, compassion and support. No hate, no rejection.
This is most incredible comment section I've seen. As Sam connected the people of the doomed world, the game itself connected us through this song.
What Kojima and his crew achieved is really incredible. I am grateful for this.
I, having just beat the game yesterday, have a multitude of things to say. for one, every game has its faults, but you should be able to see past the circle jerk of "walking simulator" as highlighted by several comments. the game contains several moments, of which can severely test your patience. but if you make it to the end, you see the true beauty of death stranding. this game, is a MASTERPIECE and it may be a lot of walking, but it still can impact every one of us the same way emotionally. this song shows that. the chiral relay journey, for example, a test of patience sure, but once you see the relay and that wonderful music begins to play, you know the journey is over, the long treks through the snow, the beached things, the MULEs, the time fall, and everything else. because you, yes you, can accomplish anything. even the long trek back to lake knot city. Sam Porter Bridges is a perfect example of the indomitable human spirit. YOU are the great deliverer. YOU can do anything. just try.
And I want you to remember, they aren't tears, it's just a chiral allergy.
The comments are as beautiful as the track is. It truly breaks and warmes my heart. Reading that someone has lost their child is ultimately heartbreaking. This song is a perfect Requiem... We feel your pain, we're connected, we're with you! You're not alone.
ОтветитьIt reminds me a bit of The Outer Worlds theme. It's so good.
ОтветитьI cried so much, that one last delivery was one of the hardest specially at the sound of this masterpiece. I loved the game story all the way, it was an incredible journey.
ОтветитьThinking about my mother, my grand father and my grand mother , my dogs and my rat fayna I love you , I never forget you, I will meet you on this beach, someday, I'm sure ^^.
ОтветитьHave you ever had to describe to your family, how you did nothing meaningful during the last 60 days, and this song played in your head during the whole awkward call, mocking you. Your family did nothing wrong. They are nothing but kind. But you can't live up to the music, and it's killing you.
ОтветитьThis is how we wish our fathers felt about us. At least, I do. I won't speak for anyone else. Unfortunately, the only kind of father we could have was a human one.
ОтветитьEven if you have a heart made of steel this will break it in pieces
ОтветитьSaddest and the most beautiful song. I cried when Cliff sang this......
ОтветитьI say it without fear. I cried so hard at this moment of the game. It's been 2 or 3 months since then, but this song still make me cry. Hits me like a fricking train in the face.
I hated this mission with all of my heart.
I stay like 3 minutes standing in the building. I didn't want to do it.
This song resonates with me. I’ve lost 3 pregnancies. Each one very much wanted. There’s so much I’d have wished for my BB’s.
ОтветитьI stuggled to understand the story when I played but im fairly young. A beautiful game, I found it crazy how we got this ultra realistic cutscene in the beginning AND IT GOES INTO THE GAME LOOKING EXACTLY THE SAME (wonderful visuals and scenery). I enjoyed the walks with the BB, made me happy I wasn't alone and me and my companion were going together on this survival trip to deliver packages because people needed them and the game makes it very aware. Fighting in the last sections of the game when BB was taken from me, I was made and concerned. The last scene though when we go to the incinerator I cried, very painful to see and then BB came back to me; lots of emotions going on and with this song you can relate with because of these experiences in the game. I'm sure people who haven't played don't have that weird connection or feeling you get. Death stranding felt enjoyable to play (always found sam funny because I'm just going to the destination and he randomly says something and BB jumpscares)
- something about that astronaut charm threw me off and the last couple of scenes wth Amelie in red, black, and blue dresses speaking with Sam on the beach
É aqui onde os meninos se tornam homens?
ОтветитьI ain’t afraid to say it
I was ugly crying when this song played in game
Has anyone noticed that the beginning of this song sounds very similar to “Moby - When it’s Cold I’d like to die?”
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьJust finished this game (yes, ik im late, but 0% spoiled so i went into it fresh), and daamm, loved it, and fk this song to hit everytime like a sledgehammer on the emotions engine.
Never expected to love this game. 100/10
When my dog reached his final week of renal failure, I would sing this to him. I miss you Mojo.
ОтветитьPeople here having strong feelings with this song and the gsme.
Don't play Rime then...
Omg...😔. So sorry to hear that. My kid loves this game and this hits me hard. God bless you.
