That same helm fight on the nautiloid you can actually kill the two cambions that come into the fight (with a little save scumming) and you’ll get a decent chunk of gold from both of them (like 300+) plus some other decent things (such as specialty arrows) for the beginning of the game.

There are so many strange little things that you can miss. The Arcane Tower had one I missed. I don't mean the steps to getting the ring that lets you use the Light of Creation weapon without suffering from it's drawback, that one I found myself. But I totally missed the Club of Hill Giant Strength that's in that same area, just because the way that you get it is based on something I ignore in the game.

I didn't kill the Owlbear mom and I also did the cave where mom was still alive after I've slayn all goblins. Still after all that happened the owlbear cup came to my camp

one important disclaimer for most of your buffs tips, if you play as a paladin (as I am in one playthrough) you get into much trouble for your evil choices...(especially auntie Ethel) so think carefully before you make those unethical choices...

The bondage guy has a particularly nice weapon, and he's all alone after you kill off all of the gobboes... pretty tempting! Although you have to kill him before he can turn invisible.

I accidentally got to what you referred to as the secret grymforge area. I was near the docks and used area search, and a ladder appeared. i clicked it and off my paladin went so i let him go and he walked through the rubble whereas the rest of the group couldn't pass so i ended up clearing that entire area with a potion of jump. I had already kiled all the dark dwarves at that point so no cows to clear the area so, that turned out well 😂

For the underdark section, I just switched to turn base mode to get everyone across 😅

I did not like the eye on my character so I got Lae zel to get the eye

The animals leading to the adamantite can actually fight with you if you have the speak to animals spell. You dont have to kill them

Something I like to do to get the Everburn Blade is to swap out one of Shadowheart's spells for Command right before I enter the control room, and just use "Command: Drop" on Zhalk until he drops it. Then, I grab it and continue as normal, eventually giving it to Karlach because of course I give it to Karlach (who else?)

Stop using the term “basically speaking.” It makes you sound dumb. This is good advice. “Honestly speaking” is also unnecessary.

You don't HAVE to kill the mama Owlbear to get the cub. I got him even after killing the entire goblin camp. I was worried that going through a mostly "good" playthrough I was going to miss a lot of stuff and I am actually not.

I Literally missed every single one of these things except the eye and Auntie Ethel stat💀

With the owl bear I first cleared out all the goblins then went to it’s caved and it goes straight to my camp

You can actually skip the entire trip to the Forge. If you get to the area were Nere is trapped if you have Misty Step you cn actually jump to the area where the warp point is.

Please tell me you have one of these for Act 2 and 3 because I missed two of these :/

on my playthrough the owlbear just randomly showed up in the goblin camp. And even as a cleric that see invis. eye buff helped a ton on the hag fight. Didnt cheese it so when she when invis my toon was still able to attack being the only party member who coud see her

getting the silver sword is lore breaking. the wielder of that weapon cannot be charmed, yet you command (which is a charm like ability) to drop the weapon.

A little bummed I missed the first one already.. I ran right past to the console 😂 had no idea you could even get the sword.. first play through is a massive learning curb for me but I’m seeing a trend.. if you want something you can get it

Great video, except the instructons for the adamantine forge was super difficult to follow by your instructions

I go to the adamantine forge with feather fall by jumping from the spot with the two levers down to the forge location.

You can get the brand of the absolute on every character as well. Just don’t pick dialogue that makes the priestess move and go to her one character at a time.

When it comes to the Owlbear situation that I actully sucsseded to get as Pet in my first playthrough for merely just not knowing or going to the Owlbear cave before the Goblin-Camp. I went there afterwards instead and killed the mother and left the cub alive. Because when I did what you did here I have a tendency to have the Ogre's help in the battle of the whole Goblin-Camp and they kill EVERYONE Except my party including the Owl-bear. So I tend now to avoid the cave until after I cleared the Goblin Camp. But that is just me ^^

I started playing the other day and found the under dark a completley different way, i was in Bilghted Village, found the forge destroyed a wall with a crack in it, fought a bunch of spiders then the spider boss. Then just decided to jump in the big green hole where the boss was. Fell for a bit and landed in the Under Dark. (Dead) after casting feather fall your good and dont die.
