ОтветитьPerfect! I have ADHD/Autism. My body is basically under-stimulated and 'asleep' while inside, leading to endless 'creative shower' type thoughts. 5 minutes of exercise was easy to commit to, and enough to get my blood pumping, which alleviates symptoms. Thanks!

ОтветитьI love your routines - thank you so much. I use your 5 min one every day - could you do a few more 5 min workouts please with strength rather than cardio? My health coach suggested doing 5 mins a day which is about all I can regularly fit in but it's amazing the difference it makes. TIA.
