Great video guys, have a question, having a head heavy racket but then adding a grip which adds around 10g or more on the handle.

Does that weight in the handle reduce smash power or does the added weight make the racket a more balanced racket with the same smash power as before?

helo sir,is it better using a forehand grip for smashing or hammer grip?

A coach once told me that we should be smashing at the highest point in our jump.. you are smashing while you are coming down.. ?!
