i thought brown eggs were normal
Ответитьhow degree? in oil 150?
ОтветитьNobody makes this properly in USA. It is amazing and we go out of our way to experience every time we are in Asia. Japan, Korea and Philippines Hong Kong do it right! Beyond delicious😋😋😋
ОтветитьAs soon as he started talking about the temperature at which pork cooks vs the water (diversion?) Temperature i knew it was some seriously good food. Not only did they put in the effort to know the science but they are also putting in every effort to applying and perfecting said science. Mad props and i hope they get all the recognition, business and success they deserve
ОтветитьI actually went to tokyo and tried the 8 course tonkatsu set, 10/10 amazing best pork I've had
Ответитьcan osmeone explain the fact that its seems raw? is that actually well done?
ОтветитьThank you for uploading this video clip looks great😋. Thanks for the details great job 😁🙏🙏👍👍Florida USA Rainbow 🌈Chef 😊keep up the great work 👍
ОтветитьHe eats 200 to 250 tonkatsu every year? i wonder what kind of guy who counts the food he ate.😂😂
Ответить200-250 tonkatsu in 365 days
So if he ate every 2 days one, then its 182 Tonkatsu.
If he ate every 3 days one, that would be 121 Tonkatsu
Is this guy even Japanese?
That old lady in the glasses sure likes tonkatsu.
ОтветитьGod, I’m so hungry
ОтветитьThat is some gorgeous pork
ОтветитьThat doggie shirt is perfect!
ОтветитьLooks incredible. Making me extremely hungry.
ОтветитьI make tonkatsu at home but watching this episode just tells me i have to "up my game!" Says the caveman upon seeing the astronaut achieving perfection....
ОтветитьJapanese: Love the pork
ОтветитьPretty cool. Though personally I'm not a fan of pork when it's that pink inside lol
ОтветитьNothing better than seeing morons rave about undercooked pork. Man said there’s room to improve and we are in pursuit of that, lmao bro it’s fried pork, relax.
ОтветитьIs he wearing eyelashes?
ОтветитьThats what i want with my pork...blood😂🤦♂️
ОтветитьThat's nice but I wish more Japanese restaurants in US would serve katsudon.
ОтветитьThat chef has pretty eyelashes.
ОтветитьWhat is water diversion?
ОтветитьDelightful. Thank you.
ОтветитьI want those bread crumbs! Maybe I should go to an Asian supermarket
Ответитьthe katsu in vegas is better
ОтветитьUse beef dripping or lard for deep frying no Veg oil.
ОтветитьTonkatsu is one of my all time favorite foods, I'd love to go back to Japan and try this place. When I was there last, the Internet was barely a thing in Japan, and restaurant recommendations beyond the local area were few and far between, mostly out of guide books and the like.
Ответитьhis suggested coming temps are WAY too much resulting in dry hard bricks, ima shoot for internal finish temp in the mid/high 140s
ОтветитьYou need to deep fry it in beef fats to call it the ultimate tonkatsu
ОтветитьHe mentions something interesting. It really struck me that the same cuts from different animals are mostly going to be more similiar than different cuts from the same animal. Do you think we all taste the same?
ОтветитьThe best way to eat pork is in “Cochinita Pibil” 💪🇲🇽
ОтветитьWell those are some very fancy Schnitzel.
ОтветитьAh yes Raw pork who doenst want that.
Ответить100% agree with the master tonkatsu is the best way to eat pork I will visit that place!
Ответитьnice video and chefs!
ОтветитьWhere can we find this RAPESEED oil
ОтветитьStevia? Can someone explain ?
Ответитьa little pink for me
ОтветитьThat is raw
ОтветитьKids food
ОтветитьFun fact: Tonkatsu takes years to master. actually, everything in japan does takes years to master
ОтветитьNice.
Ответитьi am impressed by how they put so much effort in it, paying attention to the temperature, the farm, the brand of the panko, and even the egg. that’s like another level of dedication.
ОтветитьMy opinion best Donkatsu is in South Korea Jiju Island called Yeondon.
Which is helped by Baek Jong Won.
You have to get in line at 12AM before store is open at 12PM. So you got to get in line because store has certain amount of food for customers and it always get sold out.
Thank you.
ОтветитьThat pork is still pink
ОтветитьI love tonkatsu from the bottom of my heart and it is my favorite food. I hope that when I grew up and have the money, I would be able to go there once in a lifetime
