I can't help but compare this to the Silent 60... looks almost identical and is about half the price.
ОтветитьInterior should be more luxurious
Ответитьdream boat
ОтветитьI think it’s just me, but there’s something bothering me about the main cabin, it looks like if you were to pull out those stools from the bar area in the middle, it looks like they would block access through the cabin and you would have to walk the other side of the galley (where people might be trying to do some cooking)
Then there’s a slightly odd ‘raised lounge area’ behind what looks like quite a thin row of seating behind the table so if you want to get to that you potentially have to climb over people to get to the lounge area by the windows… Also there are lots of stools bunched up underneath the table, where would they go, if they were pulled out it looks like they will block access through the middle of the boat, especially if the barstools were pulled out… Also the back wall of the galley has a lot of cushioned padding behind it
– I guess that’s just the roof of the cabins downstairs but it’s a shame there couldn’t have been some storage built into that, I’m not convinced by the main deck layout sadly, but as always I’m absolutely loving the tours and the reviews, thanks Nick, in no way meaning to be negative, just not quite clicking with me on this particular main deck layout! 😳
Sorry Nick had all the boats you shown. I do believe it just has to be the worst and also looks cheaply built. That engine room looks like a real nightmare would be hard to keep clean for sure.
ОтветитьIt’s such a fun thing to get a chance to see the inside of these amazing boats. It would be difficult otherwise. Thank you.
ОтветитьNick, thanks for another lovely review. Personally, I'd put my gimp down there. 😛
ОтветитьI never get fixed furniture on a boat this size: they're as comfortable as McDonalds chairs. It's fine for a day, but you're not going to relax without constantly having to strategically place cushions in your neck, back and sides.
Ответитьsaw some pics of a 125 ft MAOWI yacht ...... dont own a yacht but design caught my eye very bond looking -- // no idea if good yachts nice styling though -- think italian ... /
ОтветитьGreat size family and social boat.Nice.
ОтветитьThe Sunreefs' are really something ! Great tour - thanks Nick!
ОтветитьNo joke , the galley is bigger than my kitchen at home
ОтветитьFantastic party yacht, just lovely 😀 All that costs a dollar or two, but so much space is just awesome 😀 Thanks for the tour 😊
ОтветитьNice boat too explore Fuerteventura )
ОтветитьIf I'm being honest, i'd have to say that I've never been impressed by Sunreef catamaran interiors. Nice tour as always though.
ОтветитьEach to their own, but that is one ugly boat. Perhaps I’m just not a wonton party animal.
ОтветитьThis vessel, measuring just 18.3 meters (60 ft) in length, has an impressive beam of 10.70 meters (35.1 ft). A traditional superyacht with a beam of 10.70 meters typically falls within the length range of roughly 40 to 60+ meters (131 to 197 ft).
ОтветитьThat empty storage room looks like a great place for a laundry and an office.
ОтветитьThe daughters boyfriend 😂😂😂 Spot on 👍
ОтветитьThe space on catamarans is always vast and very tempting should I ever be able to afford one!
Cheers Nick
So far as yachts go this one is quite underwhelming when it comes to its interior design. It feels lacking, somewhat. One question, what is with the little seat infront of the helm.. you have that two other places already...
ОтветитьVolume on steroids Nick
ОтветитьYou always say that you will edit it out later and you never do and I love it. Adds some fun to the videos.
ОтветитьCats just work. Once you are at 50’ you can easily fit 4 comfortable double ensuited cabins (or 3 if you go for an owner’s hull). And you get enormous kitchen/living…and alfresco dining on deck. You can see why so many cruising families gravitate towards them.
ОтветитьIncredible space and comfort. Would be amazing for entertaining. Great video. 🇦🇺 😊
ОтветитьAs a typical "daughter's boyfriend", I can see myself being quite happy in that tiny cabin up in the bow.
ОтветитьNick, here's a question for you...
How long would a conventional mono hull yacht have to be, to get the same amount of internal & flybridge space, as this 60ft catamaran?
Mirror wave never gets old. this one was hilarious
ОтветитьThank you AQUAHOLIC compliment video brilliant explanation exhaustive Yacht Tour Sunree F 60 Power 2021 $ 5 Million beautiful.
ОтветитьA superyacht is like a Manhattan highrise multi-bedroom loft apartment. To me though, a catamaran is like a log cabin. Luxurious, cozy but not crowded and very 'family'-centric usually.
ОтветитьUnresolved differences.
ОтветитьGreat party boat!
You can stuff the teenagers in that little cubby.
I feel with the grandeur that this affords it pales in the interior design. Of coarse it’s buyers choice , I would just want more opulence for that space. And at that size then ask your Bosun to climb down the hole, I would be embarrassed.
ОтветитьImpressive! I really love some of these power cats!
ОтветитьSo what was the source of noise in the master cabin? I wouldn’t be able to deal with it. Ahead of the master was originally a gym.
ОтветитьI can genuinely feel the concern in his voice when that first cabin didn’t having a hanging locker.
ОтветитьAll of the comments saying how tight the engine room is, this layout isn’t that bad. I work on marine diesels for a living and trust me it gets much worse than this.
ОтветитьDaughters boyfriend! Excellent! 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьOverpriced,
small aft cockpit,
only 3 and a half cabins for 60ft,
small and hard to work engine-spaces
It’s so great to see Maggie’s bag back in the mix!
ОтветитьSecond favorite type of boat right after a trawler, but this one has me puzzled. What I like most about boats (and RVs and tiny houses) is the extra thought that goes into using every available space. Somehow I'm not getting that impression here, and I find that somewhat disappointing. Still, I'm sure it'll find the right buyer, especially after seeing this excellent tour!
ОтветитьHo visto catamarani stessa stazza progettati molto meglio.
Dá l'impressione che il progetto sia stato poco ragionato e a corto d'inventiva.
Peccato.
That’s a nice cat, but I have a bit of a problem with cats. Now, it’s taken me a long time to figure it out and it’s the imbalance between accommodation and outside space.
This beauty sleeps six, but the outside areas are suited for many more people. Do you actually need so much outdoor space for a six-berth cruiser? Does that extra space justify the extra cost over a 60 foot monohull?
I’d be interested in other opinions.
Wondering if it has laundry facilities?
ОтветитьI love the obvious space on a relatively short hull length……… but I don’t get the boat vibe I’m afraid……..
I don’t like the main deck helm, a regular whinge of mine…….. always seems like an afterthought in a large room. Ditto the upper helm…… I would have a separate wheel house around the upper helm.
These type of CAT’s remind me of what I know as Bermuda Class broads cruisers……… epic space for a floating chalet or mobile home, but not a very nice boat. Strangely, I am drawn towards the sailing CAT’s, a few of which find themselves, with mast removed, being used as motor cruisers……. There’s something more “boat like” and less like a channel ferry…..
That said, this would be a gift I would gratefully accept 🎉🇬🇧
I love boats that have those hidden sleeping compartments on them
