idk if u have already done it, but for hair thinning, skin, etc. i recommend doing a blood test and getting a hormones check as well. could be something to do w it and that way u know what to do abt it :) saved me a lot of trial and error!

Kate, my hair advice (not that i think u need it tbh) is just to not use ANY drugstore shampoos/conditioners so any u can buy in Boots/Superdrug/ supermarkets etc. They all have sm shit in compared to salon shampoos/conditioners which are quite pricey but investing in a good moisturising salon combo without all the crap in is much more worthwhile than doing loads of hair masks/serums bc if ur base shampoo/conditioner is drying (which all drugstore brands like Elvive and Tresemme are) then the masks aren’t gonna do much. My brand recommendations are either British Hair or Matrix, both of which have repairing versions and u can buy on Amazon or in most hairdressers
