The only way to really find out is Channeling. Even when I channel for someone sometimes they don't tell for person because it's just not a right time. Too soon to find out for person, but this happens quite rarely, but happens.

I am aware I am originally from the higher dimensions of the Andromeda Galaxy. My ancient light group from there has made many contacts with me over my life. The most contacts have been made by our ancient mentor. He has healed me and given me energy a number of times over my life.
