AMAZING YouTube Studio Setup Ideas For Creators

I need to put a light on a stand with wheels... im looking at the neweer options and only see a 2ft option anyone have any good sturdy ones they would recommend?

So here's my situation. I shoot 90% of my cooking videos in the sleeper of my semi. My L.E.D. lights are only good enough for me to see things on the floor. My shooting area is 3ftx 6ftx 8ft ( W x D x H). How would you setup for videos?

Just learning here, i am shooting more how to style videos (crafts) . I need to be farther from camera so you can see what I am doing. In addition i am moving and making something. Would love to see a video on with tips on this style rather than sitting or podcasts. Struggling with lighting and sound due to distance and movement .
