In Ear headphones (Techscrew DIY School ep4)

What are in-ear headphones type ? In-ear headphones also know as in-ear monitors (IEM) are placed directly in the ear canal. This means that very little power is needed to get very loud sound volume levels. This type of headphones can be with or without a microphone. They can also be wired or wireless. Main pros are portable, they are comfortable for most if the correct size silicone ear tips is used, very good sound quality and excellent sound isolation. Cons of in-ear headphones type are for some feeling slight pain or physical discomfort, and of course frequently earwax cleaning.
