Great vid! Question, how could I create duplicate rows that are on an existing document. The rows containing lines and alternate from grey to white. Both of which are not recognized when I select edit PDF. Thanks in advance.

I loathe the day I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial. I used it to test whether or not it would make my life easier in terms of sending and receiving contracts as an agency owner. I successfully used it to send 1 or 2 contracts to clients.. but THEN I mistakenly forgot to cancel my subscription after the trial period and they've now tied me to a YEARLY plan. When I tried to cancel the subscription I was sent a notification that I'd be charged $100+ for my cancellation. That is wild!! I now have to keep this subscription for the next couple of months so came to this video to find ways of utilising it so that my monthly payment to Adobe isn't wasted. I'm still not sure what Acrobat Pro can offer me that platforms such as Docusign or Panda cannot. Hopefully, this video ca enlighten me...

Hi Jaime. I have Acrobat Pro and I use many of the features you explained in this video. Thank you demonstrating how to use them in a variety of ways. I am hoping to create my own curriculum on PDF and I was wondering if you have any more suggestions that might help me. Such as adding cartoon-like graphics or pages that resemble scrolls, etc. to make the lessons engaging. I'm not sure what to do first. Should I create a Word document and convert it to PDF? Also, have you produced a video on advanced PDF skills?

MY QUESTION:
I use it as a clerk. First it's just request signature then 1. Opens an area where I download the document from word etc. Which is a roster form from students.
2. Basically a list of names and an are for date and signature.
3. The list has absencent or nothing written in it.
4. So it opens the are for email to the person to be send. I know how to do that.
5. Then the name of the file uploaded area
6. Already uploaded doc. Plus still ask to upload the file
7. Next
8. It takes me to the doc. I revise I uploaded the correct original word doc.
9. At the bottom add the text box of signature
10. Add the box for date

The next pages are like a ticket form 3 per each page where it asks for the date drop down tab.

** here is my question**
14. Area as a drop down list or available to type one by one the name of the students/clients. For let's 60 student/clients.

I know how to copy , delete and then I repeat in the same section. Yet my big question is how can I maybe highlight all the names 50 of them all at once. Input like in an area of Adobe in the editing & tools and the document populates these names into each section of names

When you Add Text, how I am going to assure, sync and match the text size property, so that it remains of same size as original text size and maybe even more other orginal text properties of the document? I.e. To avoid format inconsistency with the rest of the document including for the case of paragraph positioning and structure as well.

Does this software have a feature to open multiple windows on screen at the same time?

I set up a fillable pdf file. I added a text field with the option of multi-line. When I print the form, all the content of the text field doe not print out. How do I get all the text from the field to print out?

Thanks for the video, very informative. But honestly, I have never understood the point of Adobe for the average user. I have the full suite at work. Yes, you can edit etc but it is always harder to use than other more common programs and often takes up hours fighting with it to do a basic function that the preinstalled basic programs on every computer do easily. The ROI seems so low to me if I didn't have it at work I would just erase it from my PC and not even use it to open pdfs. How does Adobe make money off of this hard-to-use useless program? For beginners, I would just say use a different program.
