assalamualaikum i am from Oman I want to know how to make gochujang paste recipe.
I tried other recipe but don't success.
I ordered one but that not halal 😓

Can we use coconut vinegar instead of rice vinegar? What will be the difference?

I cooked a larger batch this Korean chicken tonight and managed to get the potato starch on Amazon as I couldn't find any in local shops. Garnished with coriander and served with basmati rice. SENSATIONAL, can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow morning!!!!! 😋😋😋

Do you have any tips on how to make this more spicy than sweet? Korean Fried Chicken seems to be taking off where I live, but most have sauces I find too sweet. There is one place that does a "volcano chicken" (their hottest) which I find absolutely delicious, but it's not sickeningly sweet.
