But why do i feel like I don't want to wake up only in the morning ..I don't want to wake up and tell that I'm grateful bcoz I am not able to appreciate anything...I know I should be grateful for alot of things in my life ..I have been doing it but sometimes it feels that I'm just pushing myself to do it and in the end it gets to a state where I don't see the purpose of life only..and the saddest part is that I am a psychiatrist and I daily help people to heal themselves but I'm not able to do that to myself ..
I'm sorry I needed to let it out of my chest!

Where did the 1,000,000 figure come from? It doesn’t seem accurate…

I just seem to understand why Sadhguru said that we are mortals! What Sadhguru is really trying to say is that, if one is still not self-realized, then one is still a mortal. But once a person is self-realized, then one is immortal, because he now know that he is not the body, although it belongs to him.
