ОтветитьWeek 1: On day 1 I was sore and then for the next 3 days it was tiring but I wasn't sore. On day 4 I started to see a slight improvement which made my butt look perkier. I'm judging from appearance and not measuring so my growth might not be as accurate.
Week 2:

First off i wanted to say that I already have a decent butt but I wanted to be bigger because why not? I'm rlly bad with workouts Soo let's see how this goes.
Day 1: I did all sets expect for the last one bc my legs were shaking so bad and I face-planted onto the floor when I was doing the donkey kickbacks.
Differences: No noticeable changes obviously but it feels a bit diff ✨

Ответитьday 1: i did it with another weight gain workout, couldnt finish the last set. EXTREMELY sore to a point where i cant walk
day 2: rest day; got a fever and a terrible cold and immense body soreness from the workouts
day 3: rest day, ive not recovered yet :/

Hey guys!! I’ve decided I’ll share my progress considering I never do but usually get good results! I won’t be measuring simply because I like to feel good and tell my progress from my own eyes.

Just finished this workout and overall it was a little tiring to say the least but if it’s done consistently then it won’t be as hard each time! It left my body shaking a little bit though

Update for 2023 -
First day : it was kinda hard for me and felt tingles so ik its gonna work. (couldn't reach upto 5)
Second day : it was little easier than yesterday and Idk abt the changes lol
Third day : it was harder than yesterday but somehow did it and my butt is in painnn (as well as my thighs)
Does it make thighs thick?

Hello everyone, I will be trying this workout because this guy has a flat butt, haha.
✅Day 1: I was able to pull through 60bpm - 90bpm. But I had to take a few short breaks for the 105bpm-120bpm since it was too quick for me.
✅Day 2: hooray I was able to pull through for a the 105bpm!! Still struggled with the 120bpm sadly.
✅Day 3: still kinda struggled with 120bmp.
✅Day 4: starting to get used to the 120bmp. Still kinda struggling haha!
