Weylie, I would mention some new age music that is so good for meditation 🧘‍♀️ and it's by Peter Kater and there is two albums that come to mind and they are Light Body, which focuses on the Chakras of the body and the other one is from his elements series: water 💧. He has 4 other albums in the series, etheria, air, fire and earth. He also has a healing series, seems to be 5 volumes of that. I would recommend watching his video for the Heart Chakra which is filmed on a beach in Hawaii and has two young girls dancing, not sure who they are. He has other good music. You might like other artists like him. One is David Arkenstone and he has an album called Chillout Lounge and this year has a second compilation of that. Just look him up and he has so much good music. Sorry if I am rambling, but I had to mention this as you mentioned headspace.

next time if you guys get the chance, extend your road trip into British Columbia, Canada (i live in Vancouver)!! the nature here is literally unmatched and i think you'll love it here. from camping, hikes, lakes, mountains, etc... we have everything!! 🏔
