ОтветитьVery well made. That said these days we are into making exotic dosas. less carb intensive like more lentil driven(Moong Dal Pesarat) or use Ragi or Rolled Oats or Millets Dosa. Even Adai Dosa made with Red Rice instead of White. Stopped eating anything refined including white rice or maida.

ОтветитьI don't know about this mixie. But there are lot of difference in taste when you grind with grinder and mixie. And for most of the people will use same idly rice for idly and dosa. Like if you grind batter today morning then tonight you can make idly and tomorrow morning you can make dosa. If you make dosa for tonight means you will not get that dosa taste because of yeast. Sorry If I am wrong. Any comments?
