My taxi driver asked about my age and I said I was 25. He said you look so young, you're not 25. I thanked him for it and honestly, I felt happy.
So I am looking forward of letting go of sugar for life and as it is a challenge, I need to stick to my willpower and motivation to get there.

Ответитьone week I remember I didn’t wanted to eat any sugar even fruits and idk how did this happened but my body just decided to do it on it’s own 😮 sometimes I wish this can come back so I can detox a bit of my sugar addiction
Ответитьi literally ate a whole mini sized strawberry cake last week in like, 2 days, and i was like yeah girl, you have a problem, lol. i have been very lazy about my eating habits for the past month (eating out a ton, eating lots of processed foods, and desserts everyday) and have noticed that i am so fatigued ALL the time. i went from running 3 miles every weekday, to barely getting through just 10 minutes of running before feeling like i'm gonna collapse. i've been focusing on eating cleaner for the past week and i already start to feel a change! i can already see that i'm not craving cakes, pastries, and cookies after every meal. as a sweet tooth, i will always love sweet things, but i just make sure i have my fave fruits around. every time i feel like i'm in a rut, i return to zoe's old videos and it always helps me get back on track :')

ОтветитьI did 5 months without added sugars or wheat and I had never been more miserable. Had no energy, my mood was crappy all the time, I cried daily and didn't want to leave the house (I still forced myself). Exercise made me tremble and cry. It's like I don't have happiness chemicals in my brain without sugar. Never doing that again.

ОтветитьLast spring I quit sugar for 20 days. I suddenly had so much energy and felt so much more positive! Especially the energy difference was HUGE!
One of the best thing you can do for yourself is defo quitting sugar. It might be hard at first but you get used to it. I now eat sugar moderately but Im gonna go on another sugar-fast maybe for life this time lol
i wish i didnt, but i do, and i kinda feel guilty, whih does make me want to changr. I know its not healthy, abd i know it is so unhealthy. It is pretty bad

ОтветитьTbh I stopped eating sugary things a few weeks ago(I was never a sugar addict) and it wasn’t that hard I even started to not like sweets I used to like and I feel a lot better.
ОтветитьI stress eat sugar like crazy. I started weaning myself off a few days ago by cutting out the worst of it -- candy which I was eating literally every day. I got withdrawal headaches and an energy crash but I also noticed that I am a lot less hungry than usual! I didn't realize that sugar was the reason I was so tired and hungry all the time, it was a vicious cycle. I'm starting to feel so much better already eating much healthier snacks like fruit and nuts.
