ОтветитьDo a show on any network. You are excellent!
ОтветитьThat raita sauce I closer to a tzatziki. Every raita I’ve ever had has been very liquidy unlike tzatziki which is much thicker. This is more like a hybrid which is just fine as it fits in with the hybrid shawarma/gyro sandwich theme.
ОтветитьNot many American chefs are showing a good curry technique. Although I think this guy worked in England for a while. So maybe that's why he is. 🤔 It's nice to see
ОтветитьMarcus is a cutie 😘
ОтветитьWhen the Chicken “flew” across the screen, it scared me a little. Ha!

I thought maybe the fridge would be destroyed by now. Toughest fridge I ever laid my eyes on or….
ОтветитьThe butter chicken looks very interesting especially those nan, but that is a hell of a lot of steps. I probably will never make it unless someone I like requests me to make it for them
ОтветитьBought the soy sauce brand you recommended. It is amazing. The touch of sugar takes it to the next level

ОтветитьI learned today to leave my braised meat to rest 30 minutes. Thank you! I make Italian beef with chuck roast at least once a month. In the slow cooker. And I cook it until I pull it out. I know this tip will help, makes total sense!

ОтветитьI’m turned off by Cooks using quality “Cookware” especially pots and pans that are not cleaned properly. It’s not hard to scrub the bottom and sides of a pot or pan. I’ve worked in every type of kitchen since the late ‘60s. Pans should be cared for just as carefully as your knives. Not to is just lazy. Sorry it’s true
ОтветитьSooooo nobody’s gonna talk about how he grew hair in the third demonstration? Ight. Guess we ain’t gonna talk about that. Good video tho…
ОтветитьJust found this channel. Love the recipes, as well as the fact that you look strikingly similar to a young Anthony Hopkins

ОтветитьBEST.....COOKING SHOW.......EVER
ОтветитьYou are awesome, please keep it up
ОтветитьCan I substitute the good old fashioned salt with some new modern salt I just purchased?
ОтветитьYou shouldn't use yoghurt. It's not needed. It's original purpose was to tenderise tough chicken, but most supermarket chicken is already tender. Yoghurt turns supermarket chicken into pap.
ОтветитьI like it

ОтветитьCan you experiment with an amaretto chicken recipe with puff pastry? My mom made it when I was a kid and it was amazing but she lost the recipe. She’s tried to remake it. I’ve been trying to but not having much luck.
