Wellness Company may not be a scam, but they pretty much suck !!! Placed an order for their medical emergency kit for $299. First off, they would not take my HSA card so I placed using my credit card. After placing I got an email confirmation. Burried in the confirmation was a link that said I needed to submit a patient profile in order for my order to go thru. I did by chance see the link and submitted the form. Got another confirmation email basically saying the exact same thing and that I needed to submit a patient confrimation form but no confirmation that they had received my form. I did not know whether my order went thru or not. NO response from customer support after several tries. Nobody answers there phone and after serveral minutes on hold listening to horrable music they disconnect you. happened serveral times. After about a week I notice a charge to my credit card. So I think the order went thru. 2 weeks later there was still no confirmation that the order went thru, no shipping notice. Nothing. I spent the next week trying to get customer support to respond to my email and phone inqiries but still no answers.
After becoming completely fed up and thinking that I had been scammed, I sent several emails asking for either shipment date confirmation or a refund. My wife was about to report this as a fraudulant charge to the credit card company. after 3 days I did get a phone text from the pharmacy they go thru saying that the order would ship soon. After another week still nothing and no shipment notice, so I reached out to the pharmacy for a status update. Within a day the pharmacy did respond that my order had shipped and they included a tracking link. I did receive the order a day or two later, and was initially happy with what we got despite all the agravation, waiting over a month and lack of corespondance. When I opened the package, i noticed that 2 of the 6 prescriptions had very short experation dates ( one expires in 3 months). as well as not allowing for any refills. I have tried serveral times to contact both the Wellness Company and the pharmacy about the expiration date, with ZERO response from either. Not impressed with the Wellness Company and will not be ordering from them again.

If any of the products have “fragrance” listed in the ingredients, it is not non-toxic. Just an FYI.

So they don’t sell groceries I’m a little confused saw this on Instagram reels, and the lady was talking about how she buys her groceries from there.

If it was affordable wouldn't you be bragging about how much each product costs w/ visuals on screen vs "Target" instead of the "trust me bro" approach? Just my two cents.

The "fragrance" in these products are essential oils so yes it still is a non-toxic product. Just an FYI
