I never wanted Gmail. I had to sign up to turn on my phone. NOW I have no back up. I can't take photos. I don't have a computer..so how do I delete all?. How can I delete all mail without computer?

A good specific issue video, but a "cluttered" Gmail Inbox is not a problem if you understand how Gmail works. At most it's an inconvenience.
If you know what a message is about, who it was sent to or from, or a relatively unique word or phase in it, as long as it hasn't been permanently deleted, you can find it using search - even if it is labeled Trash or Spam. You get a short list sorted by date and should be able to find the message within it quickly.

I keep my Inbox clean by handling messages once to understand what they are and then labeling them. Most of my incoming messages are automatically "labeled" by my filters before I ever see them - in both the desktop and app versions. ( btw, The Android app version is horrible. It doesn't even follow its own settings for sorting the Inbox.)

Labels
Gmail does not have folders like other mail clients. It has labels. "Inbox" is the default label for all received messages. "Outbox" is the default for sent messages.
A message can have as many labels as you can invent. When you move an unlabeled message you are taking away its current label and giving it a new one. The left bar icons should be labels, not folders. Their property menus call them labels. The developers argued about this. It's that way to make simple changes between two labels more intuitive.

Filters
With the desktop version of Gmail, click the question mark icon near the top. Select Training and enter filters, Google has step by step directions on how to use GMail's built-in filter creation tool.
