Considering how Dark Elves are known to treat Argonians (it tends to involve collars, whips, and chains) the fact she has surly harsh words about them but actively says she prefers them and their company says a LOT about what kind of people this particular family of Dark Elves are.

The Dunmer are many things, but they are not lacking in culture. The poor ones are probably about as educated and tolerant as you're average fox news watching boomer, but they have culture aplenty.

Given the way the Dunmer treated the Argonians in Morrowind I actually find her a bit worldly in this dialogue 😂
