I'm a 6/2 Generator/hermit. A few months away from 38 years old I've realized throughout my lifetime that I can always see the easy or reasonable outcome but tend to take the difficult route. Over and over again. One of the worst feelings in the world is the feeling of being alone. There are times when I felt like that and vowed to myself that no one should ever have to feel that. I believe we go through these experiences in our lifetime to maybe share those experiences with others they might be going through certain situations and need a guiding light of reassurance. There are no such things as coincidences but we are always one major decision away from a totally different life. Throughout the ages of 18-34 alcoholism consumed my life and I had to come to the realization that it took nothing from me but that I gave it all the way. I'm still picking up pieces of myself to this day. But I'm still puzzled and I'm sure why I always take the difficult route. A part of me knows the reason behind it, maybe it makes me feel alive and not as detached from reality. Because when I escape reality is where I feel most comfortable. But when I can make a positive impact on a person through my experiences is one of the most satisfying feelings there is

Meh... 6/2 Generator close to retirement. I still don't have it figured out. Have always been the reluctant leader and I hate managing people. I would rather just learn, create, share what I know and then be left alone. I find most work situations uncomfortable and anxiety inducing.
I wish I had a "calling"... still haven't figured out what it is.

Wow, thank you so much for this! Felt like a warm hug! Im a 6/2 who only a few months ago, quite suddenly went from atheist to fully open. It was like a light switch! Im an artist who is in that 2nd stage, have been for a while. Ive longed for going full time for a long time now.

I have since later 20s felt a strong pull towards becoming more authentic and to analyse my own triggers (and through sharing the process, help others connect with themselves inwards too).
This has gradually become a message in my art and what I try to communicate. I lost myself completely in my 20s and have no doubth why I had to go through all that now. Through my perspective, most of the missery in this world is caused by peoples coping mechanisms to self-hatred, as a natural result of conditioning. I have a deep deep urge to share it. It is so clear in my head and doesnt even feel like my own knowledge. Like downloads. And as I am about to put it into words, I struggle. But not with painting it🥰

I think I reached a point with my art where I got passed all my own fear driven layers that I had no where else to go than feel connected to spirit. And suddenly I woke up. And now I found human design, and its all there in my report! Even the «wakeup»! My whole everything is right there in black and white and I am absolutely dumb struck!
The one thing that pissed me off as a child was when I saw people not being accepted for who they were and where they were at. I just understand now!

I made 30 last year and im feeling exactly like you said.

I’m a 6/2 projector. I started writing screenplays when I was 10-years-old. I’m sure I spent 10,000 hours honing my craft, and when I was 38, I wrote a screenwriting book because I find it easy to teach people. I also used to be a high school English teacher.

I am 42 years old, and found out I am a 6/2 Generator, and everything makes sense. Like... everything. My whole life, I must admit, people have pushed me into a leadership kind of role for some reason or another. I find it easy to inspire and lead. I do realise now, that I am naturally gifted in so many things that I enjoy and love. When I picked up music, it was easy. When I picked up writing, it was easy. I excelled at most jobs I was given in my working life. The hardest thing was motherhood. But thats another story. I recently picked up painting and art, and that's super easy and natural to me. During my 20s, I was definitely busy being confused and experimenting. From age 29 to now, it's been a huge roller coaster of reflection, chaos, figuring stuff out, motherhood threw a big spanner into my emotional, mental and whole being. And it was definitely mothger, and my own marriage that is the biggest teacher in the last decade or so. But slowly I am feeling like I'm coming more and more into my power, and know for sure, in my heart that I have yet to fully peak. This human design thing is amazing!

Great video! MG 6/2 sacral authority single def. Didn't know much about this and still have lots to learn but definitely brought great perspective. Somewhat of a compass. 6/2 MG, 37 yo. I am crashing in life right now; in between jobs, just started traveling for 2 months and no idea what to do, but now I see this video I am inspired going in to hermit and maybe write a book about my experiences so far in this journey called life. ❤

I’m a 6/2 generator but what you describe applies to most people I know with completely different profiles. We all go through different stages in our lives. We will explore more when we are young and probably make more mistakes. We then go into relationships and have families so everyone is probably on the roof. I was far too busy to do much introspection during my middle years. When the kids leave the nest we have more time on our hands and can become hermits because our life slows down. It’s impossible to know at times what is best for us and the right decision to make. Human Design can never solve these issues as it’s far too subjective telling someone they must wait for the right moment to respond to an invitation using their energy type. Even with all this information it’s impossible to know what is best for you in that moment. Elton John was naturally gifted so he followed his love for music. He didn’t wait. Same with Obama. He was gifted in speaking and loved politics. He decided he wanted to be in politics and took action to achieve his goal. There will always be highly motivated and gifted people but for most their entire lives are generally trial and error. Some decisions work well and some don’t. It’s as simple as that!!

I’m a Manifestor 6/2 and feel the pull to share but don’t know what style or how much to share. I always thought I would write a book when I was older about my upbringing in a extreme church. But I want to share now

I am a 6/2 generator. I’m 28 going on 29 in November and this completely resonates with me. I always describe myself as someone that has to learn things the hard way by diving into stuff and picking myself back up when I fall. I also hear about these special traits and gifts that I have but it takes me a while to see it in myself.

I’m a 6/2 Splenic Projector, and I grew up in a very restrictive religion where I felt like I couldn’t be my true self. I left that religion at age 29 and have been exploring who I really am since, and I am now 42. I started writing screenplays at age 10, started my production company at age 31, and have made 3 short films, and I wrote a screenwriting book that combines the art of screenwriting and personal development, and now I’m producing my first feature film.

I’m a 6/2 generator and I just got out of a really long isolation/depression period and afterwards learned about human design. This stuff is blowing my mind!! I’ve literally called myself my own role model and a hermit before even learning about this 😂

Quite amazed at the accuracy of your description of my 6/2 REFLECTOR life. Im extremely intuitive which has meant I’ve experienced things that are not classed as the ‘norm’. I’ve struggled with that for many years, although now I’m at midlife, I’m more comfortable about that. Life has been incredibly hard for me and at mid fifties am extremely exhausted.. but I still help people when I’m called out.

Hi, I'm a 6/2 mental projector. I appreciate videos like these. I'm 28 now, and I don't now how much longer I can endure the struggles that this path have continued to bring me. Now I'm doing astrology and other esoteric affairs, to which I feel a genuine call, and for which I've received praise, but I lack visibility. I hope that I can get some form of early release from what I'm experiencing, as I fear I lack the endurance to continue living like this. I appreciate that there's a light at the end of the tunnel, but the energy it takes to get there may be more than what I can afford right now.

My car's broken down, I can't even leave my home, it's about to get repo'd, and no matter what job I try to get, it just doesn't seem to stick. Normally, I wouldn't be so open with my struggles, but given how things are right now, I don't feel like I have anything left to lose, so I have no problem laying my cards on the table. Is it normal that I don't really see myself either into the 6/2 profile nor into the type the calculators give me, which is the Generator type? I completely align and strongly resonate with the Projector type, it describes me and my life perfectly and yet I keep getting I'm a Generator 6/2 which I don't find absolutely any resemblance with my own life experience. How is that possible? It's quite frustrating honestly.

If you can use your owns words to describe 6/2 would be even better, because not everyone understands the associated terminology.
