When he said God can't come in the form of man because it is logical impossibility, one can argue it is equally a logician impossibility for a "perfect" being to create an imperfect world with imperfect beings in it.

I argue that God is so perfect in his power that he can create whatever or whomever he chooses, imperfect and perfect alike.

The muslim faith is prescribing limitation to God's power if they believe God cannot come in the form of a man-god if he chooses. To limit God's power would be blasphemy. Also, to try to understand how a perfect being creating imperfect humans, coming as 3 rather than 1, is beyond our level of understanding.
