I did that once. The so-called builders grade '70's chandelier above the kitchen table. My excuse is I was a kid and I was dusting the kitchen. Saw the bulbs were nasty dusty so sprayed some glass cleaner directly on one and was going to wipe it clean. While they were turned on. POP! Well... learned my lesson that time! Didnt get the chance to wipe it

Squeeze a half lemon in the water in the microwave before heating the water. Then wipe down. The microwave will smell amazing.

Umm I had no idea you were supposed to clean those areas😬. I don’t ever remember cleaning any of this (except microwave) growing up. Man I’m late on this but time to get on it tomorrow. Thankfully our appliances are mostly new in our new house but some are the age of the home- 3years so it may be a bit gross.

Cleaning the fridge is what I hate the most of Cleaning. I don't know why, maybe it because I pull out the most of the things and the not have enough counter space and then washing each shelf and draw and not have space to drying everything because one needs to finish quickly so nothing get a chance to spoil. I do line-up the produce draws with plain paper towels that I don't know how but it helps so very much. The fridge alone takes takes me almost 3 hours. 😒😑
I have to clean my pantry and we found out that we have a HORRIBLE TERRIFYING GIANT little Mouse. I am Extremely Scared of so, I am having my lovely Strong Knight and Charming Husband help me on this coming Sunday with that mess. I deep clean my home once every 2 to 3 months; when I change the kind of blankets on the beds and all the area rugs get a washing. The first week of December, we make sure so if Santa is watching through his looking glass, he can see what wonderful children we are, yes I get the children involved.

I learnt something about cleaning my dishwasher today that I didn’t know, Thankyou🤗 while watching this I’m wondering why you have no distractions or chaos happening like i always do in my household and then you told your story at the end about the fridge globe and essential oil going down the sink disposal.....thank goodness someone has the same crazy chaotic things happen like I do🤣🤣

The hardest thing I find to cleaning in the kitchen is ,the grease that gets above the stove and or range hood .... It's super sticky and hard to remove no matter what cleaner you use ! Well .... I discovered a cleaning "hack" , use rubbing alcohol on a rag and rub that spot with the grease and it comes off with a Little elbow grease .... No pun intended ! Lol

Self-cleaning ovens. Only in Northamerica exsist that dream....
Well maybe Not, but none of my friends and family have one here in Sweden. Maybe you could find It when buying new but I am a renter so.

It has been stuck as my dreaded task. The gunk at The bottom and The thin metal bars.
Svinto and cilit Bang helps but I really would like to find a True ”Spray, wait and wipe, Done.”
Instead of Spray, wait, wipe and Then elbow Grease half a hour then giving up on The smaller spots that just won’t let go.

You should do a bloopers video with footage you cut like lightbulbs exploding in the fridge.

Tip for the top of the fridge- cover it with press and seal plastic wrap and then just switch it out every few months.
Sometimes I don’t love the idea of contributing more plastic to the environment so I’ve also put a couple large thin tea towels up there instead and then just wash them as needed. Either way, you don’t have to spend time scrubbing an awkward high place. It also works to do on top of cabinets that don’t go to the ceiling.
