Morgan Stanley is honestly one of the better firms on the street in terms of people culture. I have horror stories from my time in JP. I know people with horror stories from JP, Nomura and Goldman. You have to love the industry, or else it'll consume you alive. I absolutely love what I do, so it is bearable.

Morgan Stanley and other investment banking firms = thieves. Responsible for 2008 market crash.
