Guess I’m lucky. I have a backhoe attachment and I take the time to dig out the stumps and make a good road. It is a lot easier on gear.

I have the 2025r but wished I would have bought the 3046 .

Jeff! Honestly it looks to me like you'd be quicker lifting those skinny logs by hand 😆 - or was it practice on the grapple?

Looked like you might need to bump front ballast up to the 72 pound suitcase weights .
I have some info and pics on Green tractor talk forums about how to make your weights fit down into place.
Shame that Deere doesn’t fix their weight deign or adjust the bracket design to better work with the weights.
It can be done just takes a good grinder a can of Deere green paint you can make them set down in there and then the lock bar would fit in there to lock them down into place.

Thanks for this and taking the time to film! Whatever footage you give us is more than we had before! I'm looking at the exact same setup and I'm pretty worried about the weight since my property is very steep in certain parts. It's nice to see the 2025r in the woods. I've been shopping various log trailers/loaders and It's hard to get info on brakes, if at all available and the tech they use and how efficient they'd be in real conditions.

Cool set up... What trailer is that and where did you get it? I'd like to get something like that but I'm wondering what the largest log it will handle.
